Why is it when someone says that eternal question: "does or doesn't God exist?", someone on the opposite part has to interject and get all defensive about their views and make them seem like they are right and the other person is down right wrong? Also why is is that in church (also outside of church) and with the bible (also many people) they tell us that we should believe in god so there can be eternal peace in the afterlife, that you will see the benifits if you drop to your knees and beg for gods forgiveness, that kind words and actions will get you in heaven, that god truly exists, believe in gods words, but if someone was to say why they did something and their answer is "Because God told me to do so", why are they slapped with the lable of being insane? People talk to God in the Bible and people believe them (only proof of exsistance is in the bible), so in modern times if someone was to say that they talked to God is it any different than someone talking to God in the Bible?

Dude where are you getting your facts? You don't get into heaven by kindness and good actions, you get into heaven by accepting Jesus as your savior and God as your God, and that alone. Kindness and good actions stores treasures for yourself in heaven. God talks to us just as He talked to us back then. He's obviously not gonna talk to you like I'm talking to you or to anyone in a normal conversation. You just have to listen and know what to listen for. It may be something on the inside of you telling you to give that poor man some money for food. Or that gut feeling to not go into that alley. Or a scripture that you just happened to turn to that gives you a solution to your problem.

Those who come back with their negative veiws dont believe and you can only pray for them. God is love. There are forces of good and evil in the world and some people might think that is crazy talk, but I BELIEVE, I have seen for myself that God is real and thoses who dont know will find out soon enough. Like I stated previously, GOD IS LOVE.

The first commandment...Love the LORD thy God with all your heart, mind, soul & strength.

When one is born spiritually, then one can see the Kingdom of God. That is hearing the Kingdom of God also. So our soul hears God through our new born spiritman.

All born again Christians can hear God if they are still & listen.

Those that are blinded spiritually or dead spiritually will criticize those who can see spiritually & are born of the Spirit. Because this doesn't make sense to them.

I agree with your description and details.

As for the answer to the question, I think we were MADE to love God, but the choice to hate him is ours too. Love is not possible if it is the only option, if we cannot choose to hate. Whether or not to love God is the most important choice we make in this life.
