Do you think this is healthy enough during my diet? I also take a multi-vitamin.

Short answer, no, your diet isn't even close to healthy. You're not even eating enough calories during the day to maintain normal metabolic functions. You're putting your body into starvation mode, which will just cause your metabolism to slow down significantly. Then, once you realize you can't continue eating this way and start to eat more again, since you've slowed down your metabolism, you'll easily gain the weight back, all as fat.

I could also give you a whole host of reasons while Alli is a waste of money, but it would just be better if you read this:

If you really want to lose fat in a healthy manner for the long term, you need to accept the fact that you just need to eat right and exercise, and stop starving yourself and looking for a miracle pill. You can find several great fitness programs here that will cost less than a month's supply of Alli and give you real results:

I won't get into why I think the chicken is unhealthy, I'm not sure if that's relavant. Is the bread whole grain and free of high fructose corn syrup (even corn syrup)? What's in the soup? Most canned soups, are high in sodium and have ingredients that aren't healthy, such as high fructose corn syrup. And they market these things as "good" for kids. I do have the occasional can of Progresso, but that's when I have no more energy than to open the can and dump it in the pot. (I don't microwave. It doesn't seem healthy and it's just as quick and easy to heat it on the stove.)

Where are the vegetables (I prefer frozen as they're frozen just hours after picking) and fruit (again, I prefer frozen for the same reason).

From what I understand, Alli has some not good side effects. Also, I wonder how good it is when the commercials also focus on diet and lifestyle change. Gee, that's the whole point of "dieting", isn't it?

Anyway, this is just my two cents.

The ONLY healthful facet of your vitamin is that you just simplest drink water. You're getting no fiber, no healthful fat, minimum carbohydrates and protein, no veggies or end result. How would you suppose that is healthful? Worse but, you are consuming so few energy that you are hanging your frame into hunger mode. A assured option to get fats. That's proper, get fats. Our our bodies will check out to outlive hunger by means of slowing down our metabolism and turning the whole thing we devour, EVERYTHING, into fats. So, first of all, you would shed some pounds, however should you ever attempted to devour natural once more, you would percent the kilos on very swiftly. Get off this vitamin now earlier than you do irreparable harm in your frame. Get off the Alli too. It's a colossal waste of cash.
