Many who are allergic to cow's milk can safely drink goat's milk.

Goat's milk tastes the same as cow's milk, but is much easier to digest.

My family used to raise Nubian dairy goats. My father once gave some goat's milk to a family whose child could not drink cow's milk and he had no problem drinking goat milk.

Goat's milk is available in most grocery stores now. You may want to talk to your doctor about goat's milk.

In addition to soy milk, both rice milk and almond milk are commercially available.

You might also want to speak to your doctor or allergist about the extent of her allergy. Lactose-free milk is becoming more popular, and some people who are allergic to cow's milk are able to drink goat's milk.

Try goats milk I had to put my daughter on it when she was born because she had milk allergies. I just found out not to long ago it is alot better for you to. I started drinking it. I thought it would be sweet but the one I bought wasn't. I got it at a health store, But I think they might have it in regular stores.

I'm guessing that if she is allergic to milk that she's lactose intolerant, so my advice is to buy lactose free milk. They have them at almost ever grocery store. Also, if you go to an oriental grocery store, they have all kinds of different milk substances that should be safe for your daughter. Good luck : )
