I can be moved by other influences. How realistic are they ?Very.
When someone says,"How unrealistic!",the words that come forth only only apply to the rules of THEIR reality.
Because they have not created a reality firm enough to melt they have EVERYTHING to lose should they accept another concept imposed by a free reality. Ridiculous? For you.
The things that bother you-banish them from the realms of your mind...and they will disappear until your reality absorbs it once again.

The "rules of reality" can and are argued every day.
That is a question, that can't really be answered..like the statement.."if a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it make a sound?"....
A person can only honestly speak from their reality.

Kitt,

You make a good point.......but as a Christian, the Holy Spirit changes us from within.

We have been given a realistic reality by God Himself. We now have the power to discern what is true reality and what isn't.

I think that I know what you are talking about, but I am not sure. It would appear that you are referring to someone who might be immature with their thought processes, or perhaps a better word would be 'timid' or 'insecure'.

I have spent a lot of time attempting to find out what people think. I try to find out why they think what they think. That isn't attempting to 'banish them from my mind', rather it gives me a basis upon which to converse with them more intelligently.

I do not have to agree with a person's point of view or religion to learn about it. And that is what I have done. I can then focus my conversations with them in a more productive manner after defining their basis of belief.

I agree for the most part, but to sum up my feelings on this I'll simply say this: Reality does not play mind-games.

In other words, it doesn't matter what you believe, reality will behave according to reality, not according to personal beliefs.
