All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. John 1:3 (AMP Bible)

God allows everything to be either by actually creating it, or sustaining its existence. All things are said to exist in God "In Him we live and move and have our being". In a sense, God created hell, although, more appropriately, I think the creatures that chose evil, created hell. God merely sustains its existence as it is their choice.
Carbon 41-(below) Firstly we know the universe had a beginning, the Big Bang. Secondly, there is the problem of an "Infinite Regress" a chain of causuality. In other words x would have to create y....etc, etc. FOREVER. If this is true then nothing would ever have gotten created because there would be no beginning or end. Please see Aristotles Unmoved-Mover argument for further study.

According to the Bible, hell is not a fiery place of eternal suffering. Hell is the grave of mankind and that's all. Otherwise, the scripture would be wrong where it says "the dead are conscious of nothing at all" and "he who has died is acquited of his sin" (Ecclesiastes 9:5, Romans 6:7).
"Every creation of God is fine" (1 Timothy 4:4; Genesis 1:31). God is not the source of anything wicked. Those who become wicked do so on their own, misusing God's gift of free will. Ultimately, God will remove all wickedness (Psalm 37:9-11; Proverbs 2:21, 22)

The Bible teaches that Hell is simply the common grave of mankind. We know that it can't be a literal place of torment because the faithful man Job prayed to go there - Job 14:13. It is a place of inactivity- Psalms 6:5 Ecclesiastes 9:10, Isaiah 38:18,19. Also Jesus himself was raised from the grave/hell - Acts 2:27,31 , Psalms 16:10.

Maybe the universe just exited from the start.
If we add the notion of god, we must ask ourself where god came from. Is it that he has always existed, if so isn't it possible that the universe always existed? Or maybe the universe is god.
maybe we humans imagine the universe in the form of a human. The universe seems like a large, dark, lonely place as opposed to a homely, god figure, who may look like one of us, caring about humankind etc... The way you look at something can gives you many different feelings.
