Judge Judy deals with real people in real situations. CSI is almost a fantasy.

I'd go with Judge Judy. You learn there are way too many really STOOPID, immature, borderline sociopaths on the loose by watching her show!

At least with CSI you're watching actors playing out stories written by professional writers.

Judge Judy is scarier because those are REAL people she's chewing out!

Law is complicated, what Judge Judy says is only good in New York (read the fine print in the credits). Also not every decision she makes is applicable to every intance. If law was as easy as watching TV, Lawyers wouldn't need Years of schooling now would they?
