So about 7-10 years ago, my bf got a series of citations - not moving violations. He couldn't afford to pay the fines, didn't go to court and ended up getting multiple "indefinate suspensions". He now has the $$ to make good and on his driving records it says the amount to pay and to respond call or write to the townships. What does he need to do exactly??? It doesn't make sense to just send a check, and if he calls....WHAT DOES HE ASK FOR?
Any help would be appricated! Thanks!

His best bet is to get a lawyer who knows the proper legal procedures and how to file everything paperwork-wise, so that all parts of it get cleared up.

If he wants to do it himself, he needs to contact the prosecutor and/or the court, offer to surrender under any warrants pending and to make full payment. Then follow up with the courts to make sure that all warrants are cleared, and any pending charges marked resolved.
