Get their kicks out of being completely incomprehensible? From the dreadful misspellings to obscure rantings-do you ever think that some of them do it on purpose?

Oh I am sure they do it on purpose, and I'm sure some get a real kick out of it. Though some just need to vent, and others just failed English.

I've never seen that around here - well, maybe the obscure rantings, but not the misspellings.
I think they rant on purpose to get us over onto their side, in an attempt to "save" the atheists, but let me tell you, it's not working on this poster. My view is I'll only call on God privately when I desperately need Him - and it's not that often.
I don't appreciate having the beliefs of others shoved down my throat like bad-tasting pablum.

I get the feeling that they really are ranting, can't stop themselves
long enough to even be concerned with grammar, spelling, or making a credible argument. Spelling and grammar are no big deal unless they prevent the reader from understanding what the message is. I don't feel like they do it on purpose.

Yes I have seen a lot on here like that. There has to be posters on here becuase theres only a couple of people that are constantly on here daily.

I think that some posters are trolls and others are genuine. Sometimes, I think they (posters) write like this so we can't tell who they really are (using another identity on R&S). Everyone has their own writing style and when it's written horribly it's hard to tell whose style it is.

I think in some cases, yes. However, I encounter people almost daily who can't seem to string a coherent sentence together.

There are several out there that do exactly that. I for one, left YA for a while just because of those that were like that.
And from the looks of some of your answers some are still here...

the ranters, no. there's too much feeling in what they say. the ones with the leading or venomous questions, yes.

As bad as some of them are, I hope they do it deliberately.
