How do I install fedra core 5 from a dvd?

I already burned the iso but when I start up the computer with the disc in the drive nothing happens.

Please Help!

I extracted the iso then burned the files to disc.

"I already burned the iso" tells me you didn't create a CD from the ISO file, you just copied the ISO to a CD.
