Where is this question coming from? People are human, we are all capable of loving.

My misguided friend, think about this:

There were no Christians before Christ appeared on Earth. And yet many, many people were quite capable of loving each other just fine. In fact, the Old Testament (prior to Christ and Christians) makes many references to love and people loving each other.

Loving one another has nothing to do with just being Christian or not. Buddhist husbands and father love their wives and children just as much as Christian husbands and fathers or Hindi or Jews do.

Quit being so judgmental.

Love is not a gift to Christians, but a command to Christians. Imperfectly obeyed sometimes but still the rule that we are supposed to live by.

Who said that love is a special gift reserved for people who beleive in christianity??!?!
allah loves, buddha loves, jesus loves, that was never a problem. The question is who is one who know the truth about god while they are loving. What is your point?

Love is not inclusive to just a certain group of people and I myself have NEVER said it was, and those that have do not know what LOVE is.... the kind of love I refer to as a Christian is the love toward my heavenly Father , God..... this type of LOVE is different, and it is inclusive to Christians, other wise we would not be what we are and athiest would not be who they are....... I love my fellow man, ALL of them, it is their actions and reactions I find offensive, and even MINE too....... but, I ADORE God !!!!!! God bless

Anybody can love and hate
Anybody can be good or bad
Anybody can have morals or lack of morals.

Religion might be a good model for some of these but there are lots of ways to achieve them and religion is not a guarentee.

Yes, atheists have a much broader spectrum of love and it's more inclusive, generally. But, everyone is different.

Any form of "love" that doesn't have the mind of God as its source, is transitory. Only the love we receive from God, through Jesus Christ, and share with others, is for real.
