I spent 600 dollars the last two months. She will let me starve at Christmas as a punishment because of high utility bills and she will not take money out of the bank to do this. She did not approve my cut back plan and she will leave me without any food. Do I take her to court?

How do you think your mother should be responsible for your spending habits. You need to figure out a way to pay on the credit cards. If you want a better answer than that, you need to give better details in your question.
For example, how old you are and whose credit card it is.
Even with this information though, you won't get much sympathy. How about if you take back some of the things you bought with the credit card and buy food with it?

No you do not take your mother to court, instead you grow up and act like a responsible adult. I know this is something that you don't want to hear. When you have a credit card it does not mean you have to use it all the time just because you have it. It should be for emergencies, like car repairs etc. If you have a credit card, then you need a job to pay your own way. It is not your mothers responsibility to pay your debts. When you have a credit card you need to be responsible when you use it. You are not going to change your mothers mind, if your utility bills are high, then you need to find a cheaper place or some other source for utility, and stop looking for your mother to bail you out. She didn't charge the 600 dollars you did. YOU CHARGE--YOU PAY --NOT MOM

you didn't say how old you are?

if you're of adult age, it's not your parents' responsibility to bale you out because you've been frivolous with your credit cards.

what kind of charges would you make against her if you take her to court?

perhaps i don't understand this question?

take care.
