I didn't know they had a name, I thought I was just crazy..They used to attack me and try to take my breath away...in my sleep all througout my teens to the point I refused to sleep, I mean I felt physical pain!! If it was a dream it was vivid and felt real ...I was so traumatized..I even experimented with meth so I wouldn't fall asleep (terrible) After I became a mother.. it stopped but about a month ago I saw it again but this time it was just standing in the the corner observing me... I said to myself next time I see that thing I'm gonna tell it off but when I saw it I pannicked and woke myself up,

I had a similar experience once, I thought my house was being robbed, I say a guy standing in my bedroom and I screamed and he just disappeared, Try that.... People say it was because I was drunk but if that was the case I would see them every night.... True story believe me it's a terrible feeling, I understand you 100%. I think it's just your mind playing tricks with you. I'm scared of the dark too so I'm not being mean but I know the more I think about how scared I am the more panicked I become. Just stay calm next time and if you believe telling "shadow people" to go away will work, do it.

Truthfully, shadow people are nothing more than demons which come up out of the pit of hell. Sometimes I can see them walking with people and there are more than just one kind. And, I can tell the difference between different types of demons. Find someone who is anointed of Jesus Christ and have them pray over you to stop those demons from bothering you.

I think you may be astral traveling and it is your own spirit trying to return to your body./ OR when I have shadow people show up i either ignore them or yell in a sharp authorative voice to LEAVE NOW!!!! remember shadows cant hurt you and they will leave if you tell them too or they are guarding you! Dont do meth it will make it worse hon.

sometimes in ur dreams u can feel pain.i had a dream one time that someone had stabbed me in the stomach and i woke up to find mt stomach bleeding.apparently i had fallen out of my bad and hit my stomach on the corner and it caused a cut in my stomach to bleed.it wasn't serious but my dream dramatized it.it was weird.
