Do you mean a celebration of all deaths throughout the past year?
There's the Day of the Dead ceremony in Mexico and that was originally what Halloween was all about. It was called Samwein (sp-?, pronounced Soween) in it's pagan/Celtic form.

If you are really interested, find out from some old devout christian/muslim/sikh/jain etc etc .., as to how they remember their dead ancestors. If they do not have a ceremonious ritual they may at least have some prayer service. People who question these acts should get clarification from religious heads if you think you belong to that religion.
