You have a point kid, however, the way you pointed it out and the questions you post tell me you are more racist than you care for your country. Just because there are many imigrants coming from the south doesn't mean you need more patroling on that side, the canadian border is the easiest way to penetrate this country. Also ER patients don't get away without paying, most imigrants make a life in this country, meaning that they have to pay other wise bad credit haunts their lives. I know many of them and they work for what they want. And your main point is that you are against illegal immigration, well lets take a look, let's say that there are no immigrants; that every one in the US is legal. Number one issue with that would be everyone would be asking for a raise, because no American citizen would want to work in a field being paid 15 cents a pound of picked strawberries in this times. Second I just saw a TV show about it, and it seems that with all the studies that the goverment ran, the US still needs a few millions more immigrants, of course they are trying to make this immigration legal right? but tell me what about the rights that are denied to the illegal immigrants? Illigal immigrants cannot retire, and about them not paying taxes.... what taxes can they pay? They don't have to pay. Since they make so little. No one that makes whatever under the poverty line has to pay taxes back. And about the gangs? Umh, what can I say about the gangs. The gangs where started by people who were rejected based on their background, but where Americans of birth place. I know it makes the hispanic culture look bad and even some follow it, however, you can't look away from a problem that you have created too. It might not have been you who rejected these people who eventually became gangsters, however, you are continuing their customs and therefore you are contributing to America's downfall. So think about it. You could also as well be a powerful person that have access to this kind of issues. Let not angry perspectives get in your way. Let reason take over. BTW another study has shown that every immigrant is litteraly giving 2000 away a year to the goverment, just by being an immigrant, now take away their rights denied, and the minimum wage that most make. They are really not taking much are they. I care about America just as much as you do. I think that gangsters are a big problem, but they also influence the poor and the poor happens to be immigrants, not the immigrants come already being gangsters. In Mexico there are no such things as gangs, but they hear about it. Anyway in order to become a citizen your plan sounds good. I mean it is reasonable, however, you stereo type to much, I think you need to get to know other people it's not as bad as you think.

Pretty much but those who came illegally should not get a chance of being a citizen. Any adult knows right from wrong, the children, I'm sorry for them. Harm at the hands of their parents is pretty low in my book. But MS 13 is only the tip of the iceberg, there are many, many more! All gangs should be deported and all with felonies should have to go as well. If the illegals decide to become legal, the right way, if they qualify, I'd give a few of them the chance, I think. I haven't lost my stance on deportation though, I don't think I will!

You did not post any sources on your information concerning the cost of undocumented and social services.
I believe that you are misinform about M-13, that gang was formed in Los Angeles ,California. The 13Th letter in the alphabet is M (for marijuana). some gang member of undocumented immigrants were deported back to their home country and the gangs took hold in Central America.
some of your ideas are good, for the ideas to a path to citizenship are good. We would have to come up with a better way to secure the border. But I consider the plan to have some merit.

If we can get illegal immigrants on the books so they can pay taxes, they can bail us out of the upcoming social security bankruptcy. If they can be hired to work for less than minimum wage, then it will keep manufacturing in the US. Those are some of the good things you aren't weighing in.
The rest of your plan seems pretty sound, except the $5,000 fee which few of them would be able or willing to pay, thus I think many would ignore that part as much as they ignore the laws regarding citizenship.

I agree on your stance...but I think giving citizenship is too much, we can start by getting them residency first and having them wait 5 more years and good conduct earn their citizenship.
I dont think having so many troops on the border is a good idea because its a hostile place. I was reading that a service-woman died out there due to heat exhaustion in the 104 degree desert, she died 2 hours after her first time out on the border...

I think there needs to be a technological border with sensors and aerial drones and pinpoint where the crossings are and send out the border patrol when there is activity in the area.

You got a good point but don't you know that most of the people who come to this country are wanting a new life. My family is all from mexico (but im born here) and they all came for one reason and that is to have more opprtunities. My dad worked hard to get his citizenship, so did my mom.... but mot all of them get free health care. I had a brain surgery like 3 years ago and my family works their butts off so they can finish paying the bill. and lets not forget mybrother went to the hospital too and that is gonnacost my family a fortune. See not all immigrants all criminals. They are ashardworking (even more) than other people.

No, I disagree. And MS-13 was actually started here in the U.S., Los Angeles to be precise. It was created by Salvadorian immigrants in response to the violence from Mexican gangs. If you want to have an opinion, get your facts straight.

What part of ILLEGAL is so hard to understand?
I don't understand how the illegals, and their supporters, actually think a $5,000 fine is appropriate. The millions of dollars that have been spent on them without any payment of taxes and they think that a measly $5K makes it OK for years of breaking the law.
DEPORT THE ILLEGAL ALIENS THAT ARE BREAKING OUR LAWS.
You might think I should get a thumbs down for this however that doesn't change the fact that my statements are based on facts, not emotion.
