That's a personal preference type of thing, depending on the guy rather. Me personally I like a girl who is around alot and listens. The whole space things bothers me because, why be in a relationship, something about being close to someone, only to have space between them, it doesn't make sense in my opinion.
I am a really social guy though and totally appreciate whatever attention a girl would give me. Call me a sucker, but I'm just that way for whoever would be my girl.

That does not have to be an either/or question. You can do both.
If by "listen to what they say" you mean are obedient or hang all over them, then, no, you should not be someone's dog or puppy. You should each be yourself and confident in your own right.

Guys like girls who can be themselves and not worry about petty details. Do what you feel comfortable with and after a while...ask the guy. Communication is key in a relationship.

Heart is right on. We are quite simple. We like things to go smooth and not have to worry about alot of things. Basically Feed us, take care of our "needs" and don't try to change us and you can do almost whatever you like.
