my wife has pink eye and i think im getting it. my vision got kinda blury and i kinda had some grit in my eye but it hasnt closed up or anything. but its been two day sand i was wondering if you HAVE to go to a doctor for pink eye or does some forms of it just go away. ive also been feeling kinda sick since its started.

If you have pink eye, you have to go to a doctor and get a prescription. They can give you either an ointment or a drop. Please go, pink eye is very contagious. You should stay home from work until you have been on the antibiotics for at least 24 hours. And wash your hands a lot so you don't spread it to others or to both of your eyes.

Yes you should go to the MD for pink eye so they can give you some antibiotic drops to put in your eye. It is very contagious that is why you have it now..you should change your sheets you sleep on and tell your wife to throw away any eyemake up that she used on her eye while it was infected or she will keep reinfecting herself...dont touch your eyes..if you do make sure you wash your hands!!!
