It's probably the Infant Jesus of Prague statue. That's the only one I know of that has different clothing. The clothing usually matches the liturgical season of the Church - green for ordinary time, purple for penitent seasons, red for feast days of martyrs -- sound familiar?

The Infant Jesus of Prague is supposed to bring financial blessings wherever it is displaced with proper reverence and prayers to the Lord for His assistance. (You don't pray to the STATUE, you pray to Christ Himself.)
