So it is passable that Adam and Eve had Cain and Able then some sisters.
I think it is in chapter 3 of Genesis that it tells of Adams life in brief and it said that he had sons and daughters.

scripture says Adam and Eve had 99 children. It also says that Cain married a girl from the land of Nod, which suggests that Adam and Eve weren't the *only* people G-d had created.

They probably had other children who weren't mentioned. Back then they all had lots and lots of children, and things were different then...i.e. incest.
