I have went to all of the proper agencies only to be told that nothing is to be done. I went to DHS, Jackson Police(here in the state of MS where we are from). I have contacted our local newspaper The Clarion Ledger, WLBT 3(Three On Your Side) both have declined thier services.I emailed the National Center For Abused Children with no reply, God is my witness that I cannot and will not believe that here in our great country, in this year 2007 that no one cares, that we have became so immune to the abuse of children that we just don't care. Please check out these allegations. Then rally with me and others whom the system has looked the other way and say No No Not This Time Not This Child! This is bigger than just my little angel, this is for all unchallenged, overlooked abuses of our children. I took my baby to the local MS Children Advocacy Center here in the city and their results after their interview with my daughter says that it shows constitency with abuse. Help! Charles Wilson

Get a lawyer sue for total costitudy and show the evidence you have and keep her the hell away from your baby. When you go to court all the abuse and iterviews will be seen and they will finially listien to you and to your baby. Dont give up.

I'm sorry for the problems that you have had with your daughter and I am also troubled by the fact that you seem to be getting no support.
I am in the UK and over here if there is any implication of any child abuse the social services and police would be on the family like a ton of bricks.
Because you have had no response to your email to the National Center For Abused Children have you tried to phone them?
If you are getting no assistance from all of the usual avenues have you considered contacting a local politician, when I have had problems sorting things out I have gone to our local members of parliament and they seem to get the ball rolling. If you can get the backing of someone official it always adds to your powers of persuasion.
I wish you and your daughter the very best of luck and hope things turn out well for you both. Good Luck

Unfortuantely, all agencies can only react to abuse after it occurs and only with evidence. One person's word, whether right or wrong, is not enough to remove a child from the home.
Keep a detailed record of what you are doing, who you spoke to, what you said, what they said, etc. and especially what facts you have that support abuse and keep the communication open with the authorities. The more documentation and information you have, the better a chance you have to get action started.

Contact John Walsh himself. He started the NCMEC and, while that group is certainly working on their own agenda they do try to help.
Contact Oprah Winfrey. Huge advocate against child abuse (she was sexually molested as a child).
Maury Povich. If nothing else it gives him something to talk about.
20/20. They love slinging dirt on government agencies that don't do their job.
Montel Williams. Also a child advocate as well as a rabble-rouser and always looking for a topic that makes him look good.
Gather up all your documentation, particularly the one from the MS Children Advocacy Center, and plead your case to them.

You know what 's a shame if it had been you that was abusive they would have been all over you. Apparently in this country females don't commit crimes against children or if they do they seem to have some malady of the brain which excuses their behavior, You know they are Bi-polar or suffering from some disorder, which miraculously doesn't show itself until the trial.

No, it is not adequate time. Any intercourse crime against a baby isn't suited under any situations and he could be became loose to the final inhabitants of the penitentiary. i'm hoping while the scum bag does get out that he's in simple terms allowed supervised visits. His daughter ought to be sufficiently old to attain the real emotional scars that he has led to that baby to have for the the remainder of her existence. If she replaced into in simple terms 4 while this exceeded off, there could be a restraining order against him to stay remote from the baby till the baby is is eighteen. Then she could play a pastime called Bobbitt. i'm shocked the inmates permit him stay to be waiting to get out. they do unlike baby molesters.

Try and leave an anonymous tip. Maybe they'll react better if they think it is comig from someone other than a father in a custody dispute. Get your relatives to call in and say they know of a child who is being abused. Don't give up.

if the children's advocacy center has deemed your child's interview and statements consistent with abuse, then you might have to go to support and subpoena their records as evidence.
the court might order her an additional evaluation.
you need a good family law attorney.
can't you take her to a therapist yourself...?
i hope it works out hugs
