Yes -- there wasn't even Al Qaeda in Iraq until 2004.

That seems to be the consistent message, that Al Qaeda is putting more and more effort into Iraq. Actually, it's AQI, Al-Aqaeda in Iraq, they never say just "Al Qaeda" it's always "Al Qaeda in Iraq", like there's some need to differentiate the two groups. I wonder...

no need to gather anything, its been all over the news for 2 weeks now, whether its true or not is a different story
