Whats not fair is your need to feel loved, and require love from another human being, instead of loving them regardless of their feelings towards you.
Relationships are a learned thing, you have to understand the basics of selflessness and friendship before you can understand the dynamics of a romantic relationship.
A lot of the times when people are you age, the get into relationships hoping that the other person will some how love them, and doing all they can to get that person to see how much they care, and some how get them to recipricate. Its dishonest and shallow.
Even adults have a hard time understanding how to be honest.
Next time be upfront about what you want. If you want a real steady boyfriend, tell that person so when you first get together. All them to make that choice on their own, without manipulating them, or trying to MAKE them want to be with you. Free will. Its a good thing.

Well, it is high school and that happends. And I would have a talk with your BFF about what a BFF really is. Does not sound like she is being the best BFF she could be.
It isn't really fair that he thinks you were a pity date, or that he had his sister call you. That shows the maturity level he is at.
I would try your hardest to get over it. Who wants a guy who has his sister call to break up for him. Sounds like a dork to me.

You sound like that commercial where the mom has to take away the little girl's cellphone for texting too much. Maybe you should try talking like an adult and guys won't "pity date" or dump you. They might actually take an interest in you because you don't talk or act like every other teenager in the world.

Someone told me this a long time ago, and I have found it to be true: You learn something from every guy you date.
Figure out what you have learned from this guy, and prepare yourself to move on to the next guy.
This is what Helen Keller said: "Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all."
Take care of yourself.

Don't go by hearsay. But if he really did break up with you, then don't take it personally and be glad that you found out now before your feelings become more involved.
Good riddance to him! Because life goes on.

If his siter had to tell you he isn't a good guy, be glad and move on. Go get your best outfit on and look your best so you can flaunt your single status in his face! Don't let an immature fellow bring you down.

Screw him...if he was "pity-dating" you he definately wasnt worth your time at all.. I understand that might hurt but just think about how he was using you that might make you feel a little better... lol

If he really wanted to break up, he would have called you.
But if he was pity-dating you, then you should move on, and find someone better than him.
