put two tomatoe in the blender with two cloves of garlic.

Put it in a sautee pan with a bit of butter.

Cook it on high and stir for about 15 minutes, unitil the sauce darkens and thickens.

Add some fresh basil and a few pinches of sat/pepper

Serve over rice or pasta.

YOu can easily add chicken or shrimp while it is cooking.

Try it with artichokes added or even zuchhine

Choose any pasta you like and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Buy sauce in a jar and add to cooked pasta. Serve with grated cheese on top eg Parmesan
Next option, prepare pasta as indicated. In pan fry some onion, garlic and mushrooms. When these are cooked, remove from heat, pour in some fresh cream ( but don't drown it in cream), pour sauce on pasta, sprinkle with cheese if desired.

Neiman Marcus Cake INGREDIENTS 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup butter 8 ounces cream cheese 4 cups confectioners' sugar DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine the yellow cake mix, 2 of the eggs, and the butter or margarine mix well. The batter should be stiff. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and the remaining 2 eggs. Mix well and pour over the top of the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Shrimp Alfredo With Rotini Pasta

6-8 ounces rotini pasta or other pastas
1 lb shrimp (already pre-cleaned & cooked)
1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
artichoke hearts
peas (optional) or your choice vegetables (cooked) (optional)
chili pepper flakes (optional)
parmesan cheese, grated or shredded

Add shrimp to alfredo sauce and heat on medium.
If adding vegetable add now.
Pour over cooked pasta, Stir and serve with Parmesan cheese.

Cook whole wheat pasta, seperatly, cook (saute) ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, paprika. Add meat to regular plain tomato sauce, serve over pasta. simple fast, yummy.

Here are a couple fast and easy recipes.

Sausage and Penne
1 pound Italian sausage, pricked
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried chili pepper
1 each small green, yellow and red bell pepper, cored and sliced
1/2 teaspoon each dried thyme and rosemary, crumbled
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth
12 ounces penne
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, to taste topping


In a skillet set over moderately high heat, cook the sausages until they are browned well, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and slice.In a large skillet set over moderately high heat, heat the oil until it is hot. Add the garlic and cook it, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the peppers, herbs and salt and pepper to taste and cook the mixture, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the peppers are softened. Add the reserved sausages and broth and simmer the mixture, stirring, until the sausages are heated through. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water cook the pasta until it is al dente and drain. Transfer the pasta to a serving dish, add the sauce and Parmesan to taste and toss to combine.

Four-Cheese Fettuccine
1 package (16 ounces) uncooked fettuccine
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 medium green onions, chopped ( 1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
3/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese (3 ounces)
3/4 cup freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Cook onions and 1 tablespoon parsley in oil mixture about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender.
Stir in ricotta and feta cheeses; reduce heat to low. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted.
Add fettuccine, Asiago and Parmesan cheeses and pepper to mixture in skillet. Cook about 4 minutes, tossing gently, until cheeses are melted and fettuccine is evenly coated. Sprinkle with parsley.
