If he has a girlfriend, then forget about him. If he is willing to leave his girlfriend (and especially if he is not), then you're only setting yourself up to be the girlfriend getting dumped later. He is not ready for a committed relationship with you, or he wouldn't have a girlfriend in the first place. Move on.

flirt. i know it sounds wrong but show him that he wants a girlfriend that he CAN get a hold of and can contact.. because no guy likes a long distance relationship. they need touch. so okay its probably gonna make you the girl who takes another girls guy.. but if you both have an attraction than go for it. good luck. i hope everrything works out for you :)
