I don't think so. I got a ticket on a military base (federal) and I have a Michigan license. Michigan doesn't require states to "report".

I used to live in Vermont and to answer your question, If you pay the ticket before the due date it will not reflect onto your liscence, BUT if you don't pay the fine the state of Vermont will request that your home state suspend your D/L untill all ticket and now new court costs or proceddings are satisfied.
Word of advise > just pay your fine you did the crime now pay the fine ...

too bad you didn't get that speeding ticket in Ohio... Michigan does not recognise points from tickets given by Ohio police...
