...I used to date a guy..At the begining I didn't had feeling for him. But after a while I started to like him. He was afraid of commitment. So I stop seeing him.

Every time we bump to each other we stare to each other and say nothing. In fact he wants to talk with me...but I never do...what's the point. He didn't choose me, he choose his freedom.

The thing is that I haven't seen him quite some time. But I miss him terribly. Beside of his childish nature he used to be very pure and innocent guy.

My question is? How to overcome this feeling? This is killing me.

Serious answers please .Thank you.

Time and distraction. Moving on to a new love interest will definitely help. Sorry to say people that we grow fond of we never forget but maybe that's the beauty of life. Too bad we cant take all the things we like about each person we meet and put it all together in one person huh? Just cherish the time you spent together and go on with your life. If you're having some regrets you're not alone. We all have those. Best wishes.

Three things:

1. Avoid him at all costs.

2. Keep yourself busy.

3. Find another guy.

The real key, of course, is #2. Go out and have some fun. Volunteer in your community. Join a club. Get some exercise. Hang out with your friends. It takes time, but not only will you get over this guy, if you keep busy doing the right things, #3 above will become a reality as well. This is how you meet people.

Good luck!

Girl I feel your pain!
Ok what you need to do is re evaluate your commitment issues and talk to the guy! He may miss you all the same and he may have re evealuated what was important to him and now he may see that it is you that he wants.

You never have to settle for anything, but if you weigh the pros and cons, it may have been worth it to be with him because men are fickle..they say one thing but they really mean another!

Bottom line, LIFE IS TOO SHORT! If you miss him, tell him and then the ball is in his court..even if you are not together romantically, then possibly you can have a great friendship!

Good Luck Sweetie!

Get busy!!! Make yourself active with sports, sewing,swimming........ any activity you enjoy and stay busy. don't give yourself time to dwell on him...period. Night and ay if you have to stay busy to avoid thinking of him. Time has a way of healing things. Time will pass faster when you are busy. Soon you will be fine and you will meet a Prince Charming and be fine eventually. He is still a boy. Maybe your hero...a man is around the corner. Best of luck!!

i dont think there is any one solution to this obviously you had alot of emotions toward this guy and it will take time to get over him. the only way i know of getting past this would be to try and start up another relationship whether it be with another man or spend some time with the friends. good luck.
