In my state you have to have 2 forms of identification, social security card, proof of residence, and a picture. You shouldn't have any problem getting your learner's permit since you are home schooled, but for your license you will have to take an accredited driver's education course in your state.

for driving??

in my state you have to prove:
your name and age (birth certificate is best)
and residence (bills or things mailed to your home address)
