Okay, I have an appointment today but I'm just curious as to what this could be. For the past two days I've nearly blacked out standing up, been dizzy, have lost 1 lb. a day for a week, and last night I vomitted bright red blood and what appeared to be a clot. Any ideas?

A bleeding ulcer comes to mind but it can be anything... it's not good whatever it is causing you to vomit blood.

you are likely bleeding internally, possibly an ulcer. I'd make sure someone else did the driving for you, you don't want to pass out at the wheel.

it could be ur kidney or stomach olcer.
