Apparently in Thailand they make bad cops wear Hello Kitty! armbands.... I think it's kinda funny.... do you think it'd work on officer anywhere else like here in America for example....

They do not, as yet, make the police who behave badly wear any armbands. It is a proposal, not in effect as of today.

First of all it would be Scarlet Letter - and secondly, no, no Hello Kitty, Barney, Elmo, nothing like that, they should reprimanded, put on a desk and lose some pay for what they did wrong, if it was against procedure.

Not just because some bozo they stopped said they did something, there would need to be proof of their error.

no it wouldn't.When a drug dealer got stopped by a cop with an armband they would just get high together and go on.

Would not work at all. I think it's a stupid idea.

If warnings don't work on an officer. Give them some unpaid time off or fire them. Don't mess with stupid stuff like this.

it should be used compulsorly on indian police because there are countless bad cops than good cops,it should be recommened in india than any other country in the world
