Dear Anon,
Yes, you should end your relationship. Hon, at the very least you are at risk for HIV/AIDS in seeing someone who has had a same sex relationship. This is unhealthy. This person has lied to you. Do you need more reasons to walk away? Do so now before you get the gift that keeps on taking (AIDS) from her.
Good luck. See a doctor! :)

I think in relationships, the past often is not something we can ask someone to be totally honest about. On the other hand, if you think she would demand that you tell her all the details about your past, then yes, this is a double standard. Second, it sounds like she has not been able to cope with the relationship with the other woman. Ask her what happened and see if there are unresolved issues and see what she says. It might have been an experiment gone bad and she is over it except some pain from realizing it was not what she wanted. And she is blaming the other girl.

Yeah dude she's out there and most dudes actually like that not sure why she is lying to you about that. But if you can't trust someone with lying about more trivial stuff you can't trust them with real issues either. She is confused and trying to find someone to give her something in a relationship that she is not willing to give herself.
In the future, if someone goes on about how they hate someone and aren't too specific about why they hate someone, it is because of their feelings for that person; either what happened, or what they would like to happen or even how their insecurities about that person and what they represent define them. You don't always need to know the exact reason.

well she could be bi sexual. Why don't you ask her? If she's not cheating on you... it's not big deal right? Are you in a committed relationship or are you casual? I;d try point blank asking her. If she doesn't tell the truth, then you can decide how you want to treat this.
