I had a dream that I broke my neck and was living with a broken neck, what is up with this dream?

I broke my neck like in that movie "Death Becomes Her" and I was walking around with a broken neck. I was functioning "okay", but it was obvious my neck was broke and a tended in my neck was protuding from my neck. I could see myself. Then I was getting stalked by Ty Pennington from Extrememe Home Makeover at Target still with a broken neck. I then hid from him. What does this mean?

Really? All that from sleeping funny? It felt real. I could feel my broken neck.
