my neighbor and her illegal husband have been togather 10 years and he wants to file taxes . her and her kids of course are legal . he has never filed before in his life .what is going to happen ? will he get deported for not filing back taxes ?will he owe back taxes? someone please give me some answers ?he has been in the states 10 years and never filed taxes. i know us white americans would have to pay dearly for not filing taxes. i was just wondering about him

it happens to a good friend . and the wife had my god babies ..so you can say i am a nosey busy body . i have that right and i need serious answers

If he owes taxes for the years he didn't file, then he'll owe interest and penalties just like anybody who is here legally.
The IRS is not in the business of turning people over to immigration authorities.

This guy needs to talk to free Legal Aid. A lot of problems here. Maybe a real good tax professional (experienced) can assist as well.

Why does he suddenly want to file a tax return, big refund?
