There are many hotels but I personally like the Reston Sheraton and the Hyatt at Reston Town Center - one is inside Reston Town Center and the Sheraton is less than a mile away. Your guest can walk to anywhere in Reston Town Center from the Hyatt.
There's the Marriott Courtyard at Dulles Town Center - the shuttle can take your guest to the mall, exterior restaurants and Dulles.
If you want 5 star accommodations, the Ritz-Carlton in Tyson's might be your only option if your business is closer to Tyson's then to Dulles.

Tyson's Corner has a great upscale mall and is about 10 miles from IAD... check with hotels around there. Sorry, but I can't recommmend any specific ones.
