Well in true Christianity people are supposed to be one with God, one with Jesus, and one with the Universe or Nature. There is fasting, there is illunination, and there is liberation of the world ties. So all you have to do is be true Christian, be Vegetarian, if possible. (and I wish I could do that too, being vegetarian I mean) Actually I wish we all be vegetarians, bad is I have a family already and they have other demands.
But imaging the reallity that in the beginning the man was told he could eat from any tree and there was nothing said about eating the animals until man started, even I find strange that Scribes wrote about God asking them to sacrifice animals to him.
I believe in Christian life we must find the truth wherever it is and take that what is okey to take, leaving the other things aside. I do not believe in other things that is preached under Buddhism, I think that if reincarnation applies that is then something that has to do with some stranged agelican incarnated beings rather than with humans.

In South Korea there is a religion called "Won Bul Gyo" (Won Buddhism) and it's not specifically a mixture of Christianity and Buddhism, but it's Buddhism with a very Christian feel to it, i.e. church on Sundays, missionary activities, etc. It was invented sometime during the Japanese occupation, so I'm quite certain there were some Christian influences in it's formation.

Shouldn't be. Each has there specific fundamental and believe. Maybe got some similarity, but mostly holding different opinion on certain matter. Exp. for buddhism, everyone is same and can achieve wisdom like Gautama, but for Christianity, Jesus is God, others people is human. How to mix two different fundamental into one?

I'm not aware of an official/established one, but i'm sure there are some people around that adopt a mixture of both. Like most religions that exist or have existed - they drink from other systems of believe and culture in order to unify different concepts or to branch into different ones- it's the natural evolution of everything!

Not officially, but they can be reconciled through Traditionalism, and through Universalism...of which I would associate.
The idea goes that Jesus is like Buddha, Buddha is like Jesus, but they both found different ways to achieve spiritual perfection. Buddha wondered about meditating under plants, and Jesus went around healing people and doing good deeds. I'm simplifying the story of coarse, but essentially they are both enlightend beings who found God in different ways. The relgions and places of worship that popup are merely cultural differences.
There is also a sect of Christianity called The Gnostics, who have a lot in common with the Buddhists. Universalism also ties itself into all relgions.

Yes, a liberal Christian can see Buddhism as a philosophy, not a religion, and use both. Alan Watts did it, for example. Many have.

If you want to follow tenets of both religions, or any combination of any religions, it exists for you... and it is no less valid or meaningful to your state of happiness than a "pure" religion would be...Scientology, for instance is a mish-mash of a lot of different religions.
