People are more relaxed and their true personality comes out when they are in a relationship. When they are looking to start one they tend to try to put up a persona that they think other people will like, and it tends to come off as fake or stiff.

Yes! That is so true! The more you look the more you find yourself what you are needing in a boyfriend rather than working out what your own self is about!

It is so important to just... sounds selfish in a way, but just get immersed in yourself and what you wanna do and be. It's then that it seems that a good man that suits you will come along.

It may be at this point in your life that you start attracting the 'real' people that you may need your life.

Exactly... All about desperation. If you act confident and cool (not looking for a bf/gf), everyone wants you... If you try really hard to get someone to like you, you end up looking like a desperate fool. Sometimes you find yourself trying to be someone that you're not, just to impress the person. I find sometimes that I try wayyy too hard, and basically scare possible gf's away with my 'intensity'. Just be yourself and have patience... They tell me someone will come eventually... :)

Yes. When you are actively searching your body language gives out those non-verbal predator signals which put a lot of people off. So stop looking, be yourself, have fun and watch how they flock to your side.

I do not agree with you at all, nor care for your points, but am of the strong opinion and view that without motivation, nothing is achievable.

Because one is disitegrated by mind and heart as one is in heist. If one plays like chess slowly and gradually one will have opportunity to win the game.

I totally agree. It seems when you have a boyfriend/girlfriend every cutie wants to talk to you but you are unavailable. But when you are single again you can't turn anyone head in your direction to even give you a wink.

This is absolutely true. You look too hard and you have the sign DESPERATION written across your forehead. Love happens when you least expect it. That goes for friendship also.
