Doing sex with your girl friend with her free consent is absolutely legal, it will be illegal only when you do sex without her free consent that will amount to RAPE a punishable offence. Here free consent means consent given by the lady without any external force or fraud. Secondly the place of doing sex should not be any public place, if you do it in a closed room not accessible to general public or open to public view then it is legal but if you do sex in public place in view of general public then it will be illegal & punishable offence as it amounts to indecent act in public place. The age of the girl friend is also important in this case, if she is 16 years or less then this will amount to rape even if she gives her free consent for it. Even if with her consent, when, at the time of giving such consent, by reason of unsoundness of mind or intoxication or the administration by him personally or through another of any stupefying or unwholesome substance, she is unable to understand the nature and consequences of that to which she gives consent, in such cases again it will be illegal & amounting to rape. Another case where it will be illegal if you indulge in unnatural sex with her, unnatural sex means indulging in anal sex,oral sex or penetration of penis in any other part of the body other then vagina,even if both of you agree for this type of sex still it is punishable offence .

It is legally right to do anything in the hotel rooms that you had paid for accept for certain things As to relating this question, the exceptions are:
(1) The legal age of both parties
(2) The consents of both parties.
(3) The hotel policies of where you are in state and country.
(4) The consenting people are practicing proper sex position. (This is only the joke part, please do not follow or forever you might be this way when it comes to commsumating...hehe!!!)

Yes I have done it with my girlfriend many times in a hotel. You know what I bet almost every couple in a hotel is doing it too! If your worried about being too young, don't worry once they give you the hotel keys they could care less what you do in your room. So go on have a blast !

Two consenting adults can engage in any legal activity any where in the world, as long as they do not violet "Community Guidelines".
The act itself is illegal in most community, term for it is "cohabitation". But the enforcement is not strict and almost impossible, there are laws on the book that can put both parties in jail.
But it is up to the couples to make the decision and accept the out come good or bad.

sounds like you may be from a country where it may not be legal for people over the age of cnsent, so check out your local laws, but in the UK it is perfectly legal. One word of advise tho, if it is legal where you live then book at least one night, don't book a room for a few hours as that makes her seem like a hooker

In India..., firstly, you would be shown the exit gate by the hotel reception... Secondly, if you manage to get a room... followed by a raid by the police... both of you would be booked... and put behind the bars... popularly known as hawalaat in India... Parents of both of you would run pillar to post for getting you bailed out ... The sensation hungry TV crew would not leave you until they bring you on the TV screens…

Of course it is. Hotels probably make the most money from people cheating on their wives or husbands using their rooms because they cant use thir homes

The answer is yes! So long as you are both consenting adults. If one of you are younger than 17, then NO! But, if you are both older than 18, rock your little hearts out.

In India, Its not legal, Your GF might be mistaken for indulging in prostituion if the police comes for raid so beware of that.......
