Not even close. The most secure operating systems are Unix based systems. Ones such as, Linux, FreeBSD, Apple's OS X, etc., etc.

The best?

Ubuntu Linux and Apple's OS X.

The most secure OS is the most obscure OS. Try something like Apple or some other useless/non-used OS.

No.

It's built based on an inherently insecure model that has had security added as an afterthought.

Windows is probably the least secure OS - Vista may be more secure than XP but it is less secure than *any* unix or linux.

Sorry to say that NO Vista is no more than an Upgrade of the Windows XP Operating System that is riddled with bug's and Hotfixes to many to mention.

This Operating System is in a complete different lanquage than windows
