For example, if I was driving around with a girl for a while and I asked her if she wanted to go anywhere or keep driving or go home or whatever, and she said she wasn't bothered or "up to you" etc, does that mean she wants to go home?

Just ask her straight out and if she says what ever then say well do you want to go home and if she still says what ever then take her home. Don't try to read between the lines with the opposite sex especially if you are a guy because it could land you in a lot of hot water...... If what she says is no don't take it as a yes you will catch a case for that.... Just ask her and if she cant give you a straight answer then go somewhere very public and then take her home..............

Sometimes, but it usually only to impress a guy, one thing you should remember is this, if a girl says NO, she means NO. she probably just wanted to see how much you wanted to spend time with her or if you wanted her to go home. Girls are not that hard to work out, you just have to ask the right questions.

In my opinion, it means undecided. She doesn't know what she wants to do so she is leaving it up to you to decide. If she wanted to go home she would say so and not go out with you again. Guys, other than drive to the stores, we really don't know every crack in the road like y'all. We don't know every restaurant and race track around. If it is my choice? Are you kidding? Where do I want to go? To get my hair done, nails, wax, etc...not fun for you. You decide, and that's all, so she knows you have fun too.

if you ask her if she is ok, and she replys with the phrase "im fine" that is an example of saying one thing and wanting the opposite.

but in the case you are talking about, you should possibly have just decided to do something and let her deal with it, in her head (depending on the girl) she could be thinking anything from "does he still want me here" to "would he be offended if i sed i wanted to go home"

Hey!

She wouldn't be in the car with you if she didn't want to be there so next time she's says shes 'not bothered' just believe her......She may even prefer you to 'take charge'

She probably doesn't care what the plan is as long as she's with you x

no dipsh!t, it means that she's having an okay time but is waiting for you to stop asking her if she's having a good time and finally just show her one. Man up. If she really wanted to go home, she wouldn't leave you to guess, she'd flat out tell you to take her @ss home.

Some times they do and some times they don't.
However, those who are lawyers almost certainly mean the opposite of what they say because it has become a habit.

Who knows? They say things sometimes and mean it...other times they want the exact opposite. I'll never understand them.

No, it means she wasn't bothered.
Don't assume that she means the opposite of everything she says, sometimes what she is saying is true.
You just have to be psychic, thats all.
