from the Dr. for them...Its debilitating I know...Light always bothered me too...as well as a upset stomach...You really need to go to the Dr. and get some medication for it...they have alot of good things to help you out...Sometimes mine got so bad, I wound up in the ER...Good Luck...

The headache may be causing the nausea. Take some ibuprofen, I would take the max amount that you can take ( 800 milligrams ) . In my own personal experience Tylenol products do not work for headaches. It sounds to me like you are having migraines, I have heard people say that they will cause you to have an upset stomach but, if the headache don't go away by in the morning, I would really go see a doctor. Also if you are having migraines, you may want to go and see a neurologist.

After suffering for 50+ years with migraine headaches I found something that would stop a migraine headache in its tracks and reverse any symptoms in 30 minutes. It is a common vegetable found in any grocery store.

I give full credit to Dr Donald Lepore ND author of 'The Ultimate Healing System' book. He said in his book that migraines were caused by a sodium deficiency. Sodium here is not sodium chloride ( table salt ). In fact too much salt is a trigger substance that causes migraines. Dr Lepore then listed several foods that were high in sodium.

I also read that a persons blood pressure goes up and down during a migraine headache. I bought a blood pressure monitor and took my blood pressure during a migraine. The blood pressure went up at the start of a migraine and down about the time the pain starts. So I got to wondering if I could take something to lower the blood pressure and add sodium at the same time. I found it.

The solution was celery juice. It absolutely stopped the migraine and removed the symptoms in 30 minutes or less. I juice
four stalks of celery and drink a shot glass (1 1/2 oz.) of juice. When I drank four oz. it caused diarrhea. I only drink the juice when I feel a migraine coming on or to lower my blood pressure.

My second best discovery for migraines is to put a pinch of potassium chloride under my tounge and let it disolve. This will slow or even stop the progression of the migraine and give you some time to get or make some celery juice. Potassium chloride is
simply a salt substitute made by Morton Salt Co and sold in grocery stores for a couple of dollars. I have a container of this salt substitute in my car, pickup, and work. I keep a fresh supply of celery juice in my freezer.

IT WORKS FOR ME. If it works for you when you slug down your next shot of celery juice give me a quick thanks and donate something to CureZone.

Then if it hurts on one side, this is it, you have a migraine.

best thing to do is to take Advil Liquid-Gel as soon as you have a sign it is coming. some people lose sights, etc.

Migraines can be caused by something you eat. Everytime you do a migraine, note down everything you ate in the previous 24hrs. you will be surprised to find a pattern. Per example, I cannot drink Diet Pepsi or Bourgeuil Red Wine.

To prevent, there is one thing you can do with your alimentation: eat more magnesium. The power veggie for it is spinach. Now do not tell me this is not good no no. Easy to incorporate in your diet. Add a few bits in a sandwich, to a salad.... I make spinach, asparagus and pea salad with white wine vinegar, very good. Eat more broccoli. Do yourself a favor to keep the nutriments: steam your veggies do not boil them. You will keep all the vitamins you need.

Also, lavendar oils burning in your house, fresh lavendar or smelly pot-pourri, candles..... good tip.

Since I integrated both in my life, I do not really have migraines anymore.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Acidity and probably constipation/inflammation of intestines is cause of your H/A.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
