How much could I expect to spend on HOA fees for a Honolulu condo worth $110k?

I owned two condos in that price range. One was in Waikiki and ran about $120 a month. The other was by Makaha and was only about $60 a month. The Makaha property was a lot less expensive and I ended up making more money on it. I basically doubled my money on both properties.
