The big bang, followed by evolution. At least that is my opinion. If you believe it was a supreme being, that's OK too. But why not Vishnu or Ra or Pan or Thor?

Evolution would be a fine answer, although it does not explain how and why it (evolution and the big bang too) started in the first place and that's where God comes in.
Plus, evolution has one more drawback, we have yet to see any kind of ape turn into a human nowadays.
Personally I'm leaning towards an explanation where God is an omnipotent energy which had no beginning and will have no end (constant permutation of energy). And if we can have consciousness than why shouldn't God have it on a much grander scale anyway.
That's my opinion, hope it helps.

It's not a question of if there's a God or not. Look in nature, space, the human body, anywhere. Do you think that something as intricate and finely balanced could have made itself? Everything works together perfectly, and even when it doesn't, there's something there to fix it.
There is definetely a God!

The BIG bang...... is God, he is the BIG gun that has created the BIG bang to move things around the way he planed it:)
God wanted a family so he created our souls by thought, as God breathe into his thoughts we were born spirits, and then God sent us on our way to be redeem, born on earth.

well i think your guess is as good as mine...or anyone else's for that matter. I don't believe there will ever be a definitive answer to this question. of course people have their ostensible answers to everything, but ultimately your opinion is just as relevant as a pseudo professional one given by some researcher.

I'm assuming you're speaking to those who don't believe in God, because I know in whom I've believed.

Well, it doesn't make much sense otherwise. And having God as our creator not only makes good sense, it gives us meaning and purpose, I think. Otherwise we were just part of a weird chain of events, with no logic.
