Wow these answers are shamefully wrong.
Singapore is not America. America is not the world. You who have answered that once you step over a border, everything changes including drug laws and drug names.
In singapore, acetaminophen (Tyelenol) is called Paracametol. In singapore, ibuprofin is sold under cetaprophin or... IDK the other names but you have to get it from a pharmacist not OTC.
