The best thing is to start making your own. My mum makes her own and it's way hotter then what you get in the shops.

The scientifically hottest sauce ever marketed is Blair's 16 Million Reserve which is hotter than US grade pepper spray used in law enforcement.
See "Hot Sauce" and "Scoville scale" on wikipedia

Blair's is officially the hottest at 16 million scovilles but it's hard to imagine how you would use it-even a tiny drop would ruin anything less than several gallons worth.
The Source is only 7.1 million scovilles, so conceivably you could even use a whole drop. It's expensive though.

I'm like you, gimme hotter!
I've got what looks like a toothpaste tube of 'harissa' from Tunisia. It's distributed by a French company called Ferico S.A and the product is called Ferrero. I found it in a little Middle Eastern grocery store in west Sydney.
I'm going crazy for this hot sauce and if you find it, you will like it too.
EDIT - Hey, Genius Cook, that sounds like my kind of favourite stuff on toast too, holy yum!!!! :D I also love thickly spread hot English mustard and vegemite on toast. It's the breakfast of champions.

Your Latin American supermarkets have a good variety of bottled hot sauces. Try the ones with habanero or scotch bonnet pepper - you'll get a blast out of these.
Camperdown T - that harissa is indeed good stuff. I mix it with with some crushed garlic or black olive patè and spread it on toasted bread.

I prefer Econa hot sauce. It is pretty darn hot. You would need to find something with scotch bonnet peppers in it, as they are the hottest.

I'm a chilli pepper addict. I add Cheyenne pepper to sauces to pep them up a bit (you don't need to add much). So you can buy all your usual favourites and have them as hot as you want.

Buy wasabi paste; it's a green Japanese sauce, and you don't know what hot is till you taste this!
