Well there are two possible problems you may have.

The first is dyspraxia which is general clumsiness and problems with spacial awareness etc

The second more worrying problem is that this sounds like the first symptoms of MS (not trying to worry you) but this is often the first reported symptom of not being able to walk in a straight line anymore. I would suggest looking at the MS society website and seeing if you recognise any other symptoms.

But of course the best thing is to see your GP or doctor - good luck!

Because you don't look where you are going.
Either you need glasses, or you are just distracted by your thoughts.

Try to fix your eyes on what is in front of you - all of you, when you are walking.

It could be a balance problem. Balance is coordinated in your ear so maybe you should go see an otologist (ear doc).
