What's your favorite way to eat pork rinds?

I've eaten pork rinds by dipping them in hot sauce and I've eaten them with white rice. Most of the time I just eat them from the bag, but I'm curious, how do you eat them? Do you have any pork rind recipes?

I just eat them out of the bag. I couldn't believe how many flavors there were when I went to NC. We just have plain and hot in Oregon.

in case you consume beef rinds, you would be neither vegan nor vegetarian. beef rinds come from a pig. The pig has to offer up its dermis so which you would be able to relish your snack. in case you hunt long adequate, you're able to finding a vegetarian recipe that mimics the flavour and/or texture of beef rinds. greater useful yet, come across a clean sought after snack, or content cloth your self with being a a meat eater who eats a predominantly vegan eating habitual. it is greater useful then no longer something, sure?

I only eat the pork rinds that have the hot powder. I just eat those alone.

The best way to eat these is with pimento cheese! I learned this when I was doing Atkins a few years ago. You warm the pork rinds in the microwave. YUM-MO!!!

I dip it spiced vinegar. you can crumble the prok rind and use it like bacon topping

I get vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and a dash of sugar to taste and dip them in it.Yummo

Somtimes good w/ lemon juice and peppers too..

I shake a bit of Tabasco on mine.
The best brand in Miami is called "Mambì".
