I know of no such surgery or procedure. Even if something like this exists, I'd advise against it. Do you realize the damage you can do to your feet from walking around in bad shoes, just because "I got an injection and my feet don't hurt anymore!"

Please heed the advice Dancing Leaf gave above. I know firsthand the damage that can be done by long term wearing of high heels, some of which were a little too snug. I have a major bunion on one foot from all my years as an office worker where we had to dress "professionally." I also have the above mentioned hammer toes.

If you MUST wear heels every day, make sure to buy shoes that fit your feet properly. Don't buy them if they're even a little tight. Try on new shoes in the late afternoons, when your feet are at their largest. Feet tend to swell more after you've been on them awhile. Try not to go over a one or two inch heel if you must. Be sure the toe box of the shoe gives plenty of room, so that toes aren't pinched together in the shoe. Proper sizing is key.

First, it's not surgery, it's a procedure and second, why would you want this? If your feet are hurting when you wear high heels that's your body telling you that somethings wrong. Long term wearing of high heels will start bunions, hammer toes, and a host of other foot problems down the road. Be kind to your feet, you only have two. Fashion is fickle and you don't see men walking around in high heels do you? That should tell you something! In the long run, you will thank yourself for having foresight and forgo the heels, especially those over 3-4 inches. Love yourself and your feet, don't let fashion dictate a very harmful style.

i don't know the surgery or what's in the injection, but I think i may know what might be causing your pain. It's a condition called plantar fasciitis (plant-r fas-she-i-tis). Be careful and if the pain persists for longer than a couple of days, call your doctor. He/She may prescribed some pain killers and recommend that you get yourself some proper shoes that give support in the foot.
