You can get part of it spread out through the year in your paycheck - then whatever you get that way will be shown on your W-2 and subtracted from your EIC that you get at tax time.

Fill out form W-5 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw5.pdf and give it to your employer.

Yes. File Form W-5 with your employer, who will then pay you a limited advance on the EIC in your regular paycheck.
