A friend is going to a wedding in Israel. In her real life, she'd like to meet someone Jewish and get married. If she met an Israeli man, do you think he'd be willing to relocate for her? (Not that general circumstances ever apply to specific people, I'm just speaking hypothetically.) Is there a way for her to meet Israeli men who might want to move to the U.S.? Do they make good husbands? I know that there are plenty of foreign women who would marry to move to the U.S., but is it true of men, and would it be true of an Israeli? Would moving to the U.S. be seen as desirable?

My Dad (Israeli) came over to England and met my Mum and then moved here and has been here for the last 30 odd years.
I don't know how old your friend is, but remember that every (young) man has to do 'Military service' for a few years.
Really depends on the type of man, everybody would be different. USA have a big Jewish community, so I don't think he would be put off by it more than any other country!
Remember there are a lot of Israeli men in USA already, finding one of those would be a whole lot easier.

I would suggest that your friend join Jdate.com http://www.jdate.com/ and have her look for Jewish guys living in Israel - she can also find Jewish guys in just about every country in the world. As to Israeli guys who will relocate to America there are certainly some who will - one of my cousins married an Israeli guy and he relocated to the United States.

Many Israelis relocate to the US, so it wouldn't be impossible and there are probably many men who would move for love. Beyond that, everyone's different and it all depends on the individual.
