If the greatest theological and philosophical minds have debated this question for centuries to no avail, why do you think you would find the answer here?
You have asked one of the classic questions, one to which there is no right or wrong answer. But that doesn't seem to stop some from answering it anyway and claiming that theirs is the one true answer lol.
The answer that is correct for me, is that the meaning of life is enjoyment. If we were indeed created by some "Supreme Being", then what would the most likely reason be? Probably for the enjoyment of said Being, especially if we were created in the image (vaguely or exactly) of this Being. The most important thing I feel I could do with my life is to enjoy it, and not interfere with anyone else's enjoyment of their life.

We've done this one to death. Basically, each life has its own meaning, and you need to find yours. The word "life" mostly means self-replicating cells. But as a spiritual or philosophical question, it means why are you taking up air, water and food? What good are you? And only you can answer that.

In general, I would say it is to leave the world at least a little better off for your having been born.

The thing that gives meaning to life is to contemplate the meaning of life.
