It may be due to loss of skin pigmentation, which often occurring in patches. This is called LEUKODERMA. However this has to be confirmed by a Skin Specialist by seeing the affected portion. This may get cured in you attend immediately. It is not a disease at all and will not give any adverse effect, excepting that it gives a odd looking. Please do not worry see the doctor immediately. You should see your dentist, and ask for a referral for a biopsy to make sure its not cancer.
