Walk half an hour a day, do some light weights like pushups and crunches, eat healthy foods, weigh yourself once a week and increase exercise if you go up more than two pounds.

You need to slowly modify your eating, and slowly introduce exercise. You must do it slowly to begin because this a lifestyle change, not a 1 minute diet.

I really suggest that you visualise realistically how you want to be, and how you want to look. Use this as motivation.

Eating - Begin switching food for healthier options. White bread to brown bread, limit 2 slices per day. Mayonnaise to Lite Mayo.

Breakfast cereals are hugely high in sugar! Switch to a bran cereal, or weetbix. Have with slimmers yogurt (or any low fat, no added sugar variant).

For lunch, chicken that is grilled is great, with salad or tuna.

Stock only healthy foods!

Start walking 20 mins a day, and use stairs often!!!
